Farmer’s Choice Boxes
Curated for me
Life’s already full of decisions, your veg box shouldn’t be one of them. We’ll pick the best of the week’s harvest so you can just cook, discover, and enjoy. You'll get staples you'll actually use, plus a couple of things that might make you Google "what is a kohlrabi?" That's the creative bit.
6–12 seasonal veg, harvested at peak freshness, including staples plus a couple of "wow" varieties to broaden your plate
Grown organically with soil-building practices: compost, natural inputs, nutrient-dense food
Weekly or fortnightly, just turns up, no thinking required
Start from £9.50

We harvest and pack your order, ready at the same convenient pickup locations
Start from £9 (min order)
This is the exciting bit!
Are you a "just surprise me" person or a "I know exactly what I want" person? Either works. Pick a Farmer's Choice box and let us do the thinking, or build your own and take full control. If in doubt, start small. You can always go bigger.
Eggs. Bread.
The things you'd grab anyway.
Add them to your box and stop making separate trips for the basics.
Find a pickup point near you, or hit the small order minimum for free home delivery. After that, it just shows up. Same time, every week, like a very reliable neighbour who happens to grow vegetables.
The bread, eggs and milk you reach for every day, done properly, sourced close to home.
Sourdough
Stones Bakery 〓〓
Baked just over the water from the farm, Stones' sourdough is slow-proved for an open, chewy crumb and a deep, blistered crust.
A proper loaf, good enough to tear into on its own, better still under a slick of butter or dunked in a bowl of soup. About as local as bread gets.
£5.25 per loaf
Eggs
Trefusis Yer Lowen Eggs 〓〓
These come from our own hens over at Trefusis. They're an absolute menace when they get into the chard, but all is forgiven the moment you crack one: rich golden yolks, truly free-range, and as fresh as an egg can be. Happy hens, better breakfasts.
£3.30 per box
Oat Milk
Minor Figures Organic 🇬🇧
The organic oat drink baristas actually reach for. Creamy and steady, it steams to a proper microfoam without splitting, ideal in coffee, over granola, or straight into a smoothie. Dairy-free, no fuss, all flavour.
£2.60 ea
Box contents are published in advance every week, so you know what's coming and can swap, add, or adjust before it's packed.
Fully customisable week to week. Pick your staples, skip the bits you don't use, add something new when you fancy it.
Pause anytime. Life happens. Going away? Hosting a wedding? Just hit pause, no explanation needed.
Free delivery two ways: choose a pickup point from our 10 locations across Cornwall, or meet the small order minimum and we'll come to you.
We grow our veg in Flushing, across the water from Falmouth. The rest is sourced through careful partnerships with organic farms, chosen for quality and season, not convenience.
We are organic certified
We do regular price comparisons with supermarkets. Good food should be accessible, and we want you to know you're getting fair value, not just good vibes.
Add organic extras to any box: eggs, bread, meat, coffee. Subscribe to the ones you need every week, or add them one-off for that meal you've got planned.
Veg box members get discounts on extras at our stall at the Food Barn, Tregew for when you still want the market experience alongside your box.

Soul Farm starts with our own hands in Cornish soil. But good food doesn't stop at our walled garden.
When blood oranges hit their peak in Spain, we celebrate that. When a neighbouring farm grows something extraordinary, we put it in your box.
Everything we source is organic, seasonal, and chosen because it's genuinely worth eating right now.
You always know where your food came from and why it's in your box this week. That's the standard, whether it travelled two miles or crossed the Channel at exactly the right moment.
Traceable: You know who grew it and where. A short, simple journey from Cornish soil to your kitchen. That's the whole story.
Genuinely fresh: This isn't food that's been in transit for a week. It was in the ground recently. Your body notices, even if you don't.
Seasonal by design: We plan ahead so there are fresh salads and greens for more of the year than you'd expect. Cornwall has its advantages.
Part of something: Recipes, updates, tips on what to do with the weird-looking root vegetable. You're a customer, but you don't have to feel like one.
• Health‑first: Real, fresh food grown in living soil, without reliance on routine sprays and “quick fixes.”

At Soul Farm, we are passionate about good food being available to all,
without price being a barrier.
So here's a little reminder about the range of options we offer:

Low income boxes
No means testing. No hoops. If you think you fit the criteria, it's there for you. We trust you.

Any household size

Free delivery, two ways

Soul Farm embarked on a whirlwind tour of as many market gardens as we could squeeze into a single day, spanning from Falmouth to Lands End and up to Newquay.
Cornwall boasts an incredible growing and food scene.
In 2018, a handful of individuals gathered in a pub in Penryn to discuss the future of Cornish food. At that time, the local food scene was somewhat lacking.
Soul Farm is still going but needs support of you the customer. Be part of the movement too.
